How will the Easter story come alive for you? It never ceases to amaze me how God can reveal a distinct and personal truth to us during Holy Week. However, perhaps we need to pause and ponder to discover the truth.

An Easter Story Truth Revealed

How will the Easter story come alive for you? It never ceases to amaze me how God can reveal a distinct truth to each one of us.

One year, as I tried to give Easter just a glance, I walked away with a heart full of gratitude and awe. “Will You Let Easter Pass With Just A Glance? “Another year, the pain He endured for you and me sat heavily on my heart, “Will You Linger with Me in the Pain.” I am amazed by what a friend I have in Jesus. I can’t wait to see what He reveals to me this year.

Will you pause and ponder what God wants to reveal to you this time of year? Is there something new and unique that God wants you to see in the Easter story? #Easter #Jesus #God Click To Tweet

Are you in need of a bit of hope? Karen Friday wrote a beautiful post that is sure to fill your heart. She clearly shows us that hope is always on its way. “Hope was Always Coming and God Knew

  1. What a good and generous Father we have! This year, I was especially drawn to consider darkness and light— the heaviness and the hope. Thanks for sharing, Maree! 🙂

    1. Bev,

Your words made me smile, “as we wait, with anticipation, for Christ to come again!” It is exciting! I think you might have helped me to see what God wants me to see this year. I am so grateful you left this comment.

Thank you for highlighting my blog and your words of appreciation. Gosh, I need to do some spring cleaning too.

      Happy Easter!

  3. Pausing to ponder what God wants of us is a good practice at any time of year, but especially in this blessed season. Happy Easter, Maree!

    1. Yes, I can’t think of a better place to be than in the arms of Jesus. What a comfort in the middle of your sorrow. I’m so sorry for your losses this year. Pausing to pray for comfort for you and your family before I hit the send button. Happy Easter!

  4. That’s true, this season often brings a different emphasis within the overarching remembrance of Christ’s death and resurrection. It’s not always completely new for me–sometimes it’s a needed reminder. This year I’ve been struck with how this all reminds me this world is not all there is. We get so caught up in day-to-day needs and forget this is just a stop on the way to our real home.

    1. Barbara, Good point! You are so right; sometimes, it isn’t a new truth but a reminder. I love what you are gleaning from Easter this year. I think may need to consider that a bit more. Happy Easter! Blessings, Maree

    1. Michele,
Right back at you, praying blessings for you during this Easter season. Also, thank you for listening in on Sue’s podcast. It was fun to do. Happy Easter!
